Silence Within || Part 5 || Shiva Sutras || 25 May 2007
TITLE: Silence Within Part 5 Name Of The Convention: Shiva Sutras Session on: Based on technique from Shiva Sutra given by Mahadeva to Devi on how to center within sound Venue: Seattle, WA, USA Date: 25 May 2007 Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism, Jagatguru Mahasannidhanam His Divine Holiness Bhagavan #Nithyananda Paramashivam gives us a technique that we can practice through out the day. We should feel that we are the center of the sound. We should feel that all sounds are flowing into us. Krishna says beautifully in Gita – even though all the rivers enter into ocean, Ocean remains unperturbed. Similarly we should let all the sounds - pleasure or pain all enter into us and not disturb us. We should remain established in silence. HDH gives this technique to his delegates. Let us visualize all sounds entering into us. We just be the center of all sounds. When the sound is created , do not put the attention towards the source of creation of sound, instead put the attention towards the source who is listening. To be in violence or silence is our decision. We can use this technique to liberate ourselves.
