Learn To Rejoice Within Yourself
TALKS FROM MORNING SATSANG ON 12 August 2012 IN KATHMANDU NEPAL In today's talk on Bhagavad Gita, chapter 5, verse 24, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) reminds us that inner joy under all circumstances is a necessity. We usually look at happiness as something we gain from outside ourselves, and something rare that we are lucky to find. Paramahamsa corrects this delusion. Bliss does not depend on anything external; and it is not a luxury, rather a basic need for survival. It is part of our transformation to establish a well of joy within ourselves. Bhagavad Gita (Song of God) is a timeless treatise on the essence of living enlightenment. The Gita was imparted by the enlightened Hindu incarnation Sri Krishna to the warrior-prince Arjuna over 5000 years ago. Amazingly, the spiritual wisdom and life solutions offered in the Gita are so universal and current that even today it is used as a personal transformation guide.
